Fix installation of new versions of firefox-esr

Description of Changes

Currently in flutter-base we install firefox-esr 115.15.0esr-1. If we have a plans to bump version to newest we also need to install some extra dependencies. Dependencies are automatically downloaded via workflow in catalyst-storage repo
