[FEAT]: Update github_app_installation_repositories for new backend GitHub API #3709
The docs for github_app_installation_repositories mention that "This resource is not compatible with the GitHub App Installation authentication method."
However, in a recent update, GitHub mentions there are updates to the API:
These APIs support a new repository-level fine-grained permission:installation_repositories:write. Having this permission on a repository allows the caller to add or remove that repository from any installation in the organization. If the caller is a user, they must also be an organization owner or an administrator on the repository in question.
I immediately tried to use the resource with GitHub App authentication, but Terraform complains with "403 Resource not accessible by integration []".
Is it right in assuming that the provider would need to be updated to support this?
