- Port the urllib.urlopen online calls (--balance, --whitepaper, blockexplorer helpers) to Python 3 via a small PY3 shim aliasing urllib.urlopen to urllib.request.urlopen. This brings in the online-support fix from upstream PR jackjack-jj#43, but as a 5-line shim that keeps Python 2 working and touches no call sites (and never affects the offline path). - Remove the "Python 3 support is still experimental" startup warning now that Python 3 is the supported, verified path (printed on every invocation). Verified on Python 3.14 with no packages installed: --tests pass, offline --info still works, urllib.urlopen now resolves (no AttributeError).
