On rare occasions, attempting to sleep may instead trigger a harrowing experience at the hands of a dark force - seeking to unexpectedly disorient, and place the player in harm's way.
- When a player lies down to sleep, there is a configurable chance (default 20%) that the Sleep Demon will interrupt your slumber.
- Darkness envelops the player when teleported.
- The player is teleported to a random, distant location (within a configurable range).
- The player's health is reduced to one heart.
- A randomly selected, unsettling red message appears at the center of the screen, hinting at the demon's presence.
- Sleep Demon trigger chance
- Minimum and maximum teleport distance
- Duration of the darkness effect (in ticks)
- Whether sounds should play
- Whether debug logging is enabled for troubleshooting.
