Closing: Terminal.Gui 2.x is a ground-up API redesign, not a mergeable bump — the build fails with 231 unique missing-type errors (v2 moved all types into sub-namespaces; ustring/NStack removed, event model and application lifecycle redesigned). RDMP's console GUI spans 29 files / ~6k LOC across Tools/rdmp and the Rdmp.Dicom SemEHR UI, so this needs a dedicated migration effort with manual TUI regression testing — tracked in a separate issue.

1.19.0 is the latest v1 release and has no known security advisories; a dependabot ignore for Terminal.Gui major bumps is being added so this PR stops reopening. v1 minor/patch updates still flow.
