Move episodes into their series folder when no episode directory is set. An existing folder named after the series is reused, stepping out of season and release folders first, otherwise one is created next to the file.

Adds an opt-in
--series-foldersetting ("series_folder": truein config) that moves episodes into their series folder whenepisode_directoryisn't set.Without it, running mnamer over a mixed folder like
~/Downloadswith a format such asSeason {season}/...puts every show's episodes into the sameSeason 1folder.With it, mnamer looks at the folder the file is in:
