I really appreciate all this and am trying to work through it. The script that copies shelter availabilites from the end of https://www.partnersincareoahu.org/vacancy-grid-2024 into the Vapi system prompt is flaky, brittle, and has an admin key in it. I need to fix that first. Sadly there is no way to send messages to the individual shelters other than phone calls to their listed numbers, which almost always go to voicemail. I can, however, generate a court petition for declaratory relief ordering federal and state services agencies to provide immediate services, and am working with a lawyer to see what the practical limits of automating such in forma pauperis filings are.

@jsalsman If there is a person in charge of each location and they have a phone, it creates the perfect distributed network to help gather close to real-time structured data. An AI voice agent could even call the target number to inquire about current shelter openings.
