Ubuntu and Windows - Tray Icon to contain text and not an Icon

The current implementation for Windows and Ubuntu shows only an Icon on the Tray, which is rendered dynamically with the usage. Let's try to get it as text, so that it will also match the System fonts of the relevant OS's theme.
