Two missing references (the "safe citation" group, kept separate from the larger review-group changes still to come):

• Zebrafish source — cite Akdogan-Ozdilek et al. 2022 (GSE178343) for the CUT&Tag/CUT&RUN data in the Evaluation Inventory prose and Table 1. The accession is listed in the table cell and the citation appears in the prose, matching the other assay sources.
• Concurrent work (M3A) — cite Johri et al. (bioRxiv 2026) in the Discussion as corroborating evidence from agentic single-cell discovery.
