ci(deps): Bump codecov/codecov-action from 4 to 5

Upgrades codecov/codecov-action from v4 to v5. The v5 release switches to the Codecov CLI wrapper for faster updates.

Migration impact

• No changes required to ci.yml — the deprecated v5 arguments (file, plugin) are not used here; directory, fail_ci_if_error, and verbose are all unchanged.

Labels in dependabot.yml

The config references labels (dependencies, nuget, github-actions) that don't exist in the repo. Dependabot silently fails to apply them on each PR it creates. To resolve, either:

• Create the three labels in GitHub → Issues → Labels, or
• Remove the labels: blocks from dependabot.yml if labelling isn't needed.

This is a manual repo-settings fix that cannot be applied via code changes.
