I like solving difficult problems and, as a side effect, overcomplicating simple ones. I lead AI, Data Science, backend and cross-functional teams — and still build tools myself. My useful zone is the messy middle between business outcomes, architecture and delivery: the place where a roadmap must become APIs, teams and releases.

I started as an Android developer, moved into project and delivery leadership, and kept the engineering reflex. I can discuss a roadmap with a CEO, trace an integration with analysts, or vibecode a tool because the manual workflow became personally offensive.
I also run AI Engineers Guild, write practical and occasionally heretical notes in Junior AI PM and on Habr, and organize offline meetups in Almaty.
The human route behind the work
Ulyanovsk gave me the starting point, Samara the formative years, Saint Petersburg the university and early career, and Almaty the place where I now build communities around practical AI engineering.
