NPM has deprecated publishing packages using classic access tokens, which is causing our latest release to fail to publish.
This update switches our CI workflow to use Trusted Publishing to push the new package version to the NPM registry. I have already made the necessary config changes on npmjs.org.
Hopefully, we will be able to just re-run the failed job after merging this, instead of having to cut a new release.
