chore: add ancillary categories and align event names

Motivation

We have recently added "ancillary" categories to indicate imagery that was not captured to national specs or better. We also have "event" imagery that is often not capture to national specs. In both cases there has been some variation in how this "not-so-standard" imagery has been recorded up to this point. We want to make it more aligned and ensure most metadata can be regenerated from a standard set of encoded rules.

Modifications

• Backfilled new "ancillary-" categories where imagery was not captured to national specs or better.
• Ensured linz:event_name is populated where necessary.
• Ensured titles and descriptions align with how these would now be generated.
• Ensured geographic_description and event_name don't overlap.
• Updated updated dates to reflect metadata changes.
