Motivation
We got sea-polygon workflow now need to run as cron workflow and using the data generated from sea-polygon.
So that we can combine it together with sea-polygon cron workflow and just run after coastline been created.
Modifications
Update the cron-coastline-polygon workflow as cron-coastline-sea-polygon to run two workflows one after one.
