Updated manifest to 4.0. Sigh. Added 3.0 manifest for lsp. Updated rainbowparen to use the new virutal line system. Updated rainbowparens to use new system. Changed to virtual lines for indentguide. Updated things for bracketmatching. Ensured that we only try to progress when we have a selection. Added in high performance version. Allowed for a multi-line selection highlight. Added in additioanl parameter. 3.0. Fixed rainbow parens to use visible. Forgot an instance. Fix typo. Changed referencing views. Updated autoinsert for 3.0. Used new system. Changed over encodings target. Bumped manifest.json. Fixed colorpreview. Ensured minimap works with invalid utf8 characters. Bumped encodings version. Ensured that minimap has the appropriate cache lines.

The big one that updates all the modversions and takes into account virtual lines, project rework, etc..
