[record_macos] fails to compile with Xcode 27

• Flutter: 3.44.6

Describe the bug

Flutter macOS apps using the record package fail to compile in Xcode 27.

Xcode reports that auAudioUnit is only available on macOS 13 or newer:

record_macos/Sources/record_macos/delegate/RecorderStreamDelegate.swift:36:30:
error: 'auAudioUnit' is only available in macOS 13.0 or newer

try engine.inputNode.auAudioUnit.setDeviceID(inputDeviceId)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open or create a Flutter macOS project that uses the record package.
2. Build or run the project on macOS using Xcode 27 beta 3.

Expected behavior

Projects using record_macos should compile with Xcode 27.

I guess this should be submitted to Apple instead...
Plugin supports macos 10.15+ and compiles fine with stable xcode.
