Show majority on election overview page

On https://new.newcastle.gov.uk/election/uk-parliamentary-general-election-4-july-2024 it's more useful to show "Majority" rather than "Votes"

Majority is the difference in number of votes between 1st and 2nd place

If there's enough space to show both, show Votes first then Majority
