Baseline ('no change') instrumentation for the A/B:
- CAS charge metrics: cas_charge_seconds, cas_write_stall_seconds,
cas_charge_lock_wait_seconds, cas_lookups_total{result}; 5min->15s monitor interval.
- Materialization (plan ss0): materialize_exec_root_seconds{kind=regular} around
createExecDir in both CFC exec filesystems; materialize_path_total{method} counting
copy_file (CFC copy), hardlink_file (CFCLink createLink), symlink_dir (linkDirectory).
Per-mnemonic failure canary intentionally deferred to its phase commit.
