Every other Plex client sends contentDirectoryID as the section to fetch, and pinnedContentDirectoryID as the list of pinned sections for the server. For whatever reason, Plex for Mobile doesn't do this, and instead sends these two arguments as the same value. Since this doesn't seem to match what every other client does, I think this is a case of Plex not following their own api spec (ie, a mistake).
