Hello.
I wanted to use ILGPU with code that includes generic specialization, so I was investigating methods to achieve this. As a result of my experiments, I found that dynamic IL injection becomes possible by changing some APIs to public.
Therefore, this pull request makes these APIs accessible to end users and provides a means to replace IL with arbitrary streams for methods during the compilation process.
