Upgrade the SDK or use a supported API before release.
package-lock.json installs mailtrap 4.10.0, whose runtime SubAccountsApi has no delete method. The cast only suppresses TypeScript checking. Line 31 therefore calls undefined for every valid deletion request. Remove the cast after selecting an SDK version that implements organizations.subAccounts.delete, and update the mock to match the SDK contract.

Rethrow a descriptive error from this catch block.
This catch block returns a ToolResponse. It does not rethrow an error with a descriptive message. Move response translation to an outer boundary, or rethrow an error that identifies the failed delete operation.

Use the required per-tool directory layout.
These imports keep delete-sub-account in the shared src/tools/organizations layout. The path instruction requires each tool to have its own directory containing index.ts, schema.ts, implementation.ts, and __tests__/. Move the delete-sub-account files into that structure before merge.
As per path instructions, tools under src/tools/**/*.ts must use a per-tool subdirectory containing index.ts, schema.ts, implementation.ts, and __tests__/.

Make the MCP schema match the Zod contract.
type: "number" advertises fractional and non-positive identifiers, but deleteSubAccountZod accepts only positive integers. Because this object is registered as inputSchema in src/server.ts Line 1322, clients can generate requests that the handler rejects. Use "type": "integer" and "minimum": 1.
