An Alfred workflow: Extracts the final destination of redirect or tracking URLs, by query parsing or curl-based resolution if the former fails.
I made this so I'd be able to get the redirection results of Google ad links as they wouldn't work sometimes with when my adblocker is turned on. I've tested this out with googleadservices.com and ad.doubleclick.net links, but it should work with others too... (Hopefully).
- Download the latest .alfredworkflow release.
- Double click the downloaded file. It should open directly in Alfred.
- Configure the workflow by choosing your own keyword, if you'd like, then click Install.
- You are ALL SET!!
Type your chosen keyword, followed by the url to be resolved, e.g. "rd url". Press enter to copy the resolved URL to the clipboard, or press ⌘+enter to open the resolved URL directly in your default browser.
