This was the codebase for Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh's volunteer waiver submission application, the winning entry at Steel City Codefest 2015.
This application is no longer in use by Rebuilding Together and probably has some "interesting" problems - it's now archived here as reference material for what a PHP webapp looked like c. 2015
