- Removes the user-facing profiler server requirement.
- Removes the overly complicated internal telemetry registry/collector processes in favor of atomic ETS operations.
- Obsoletes a lot of the changes in use PhoenixProfiler on the Endpoint #58 but I still intend to bring over the Endpoint integration in an follow-up PR
