Thanks for the PR. Luckily 11.6 is delayed and I've had time to review it.
I've moved some things around in b95cdd6 but I don't think I've changed any meanings.
Approving ready for 11.6 release.

I've moved this to the General Limitations section as it felt odd in between UPDATE and INSERT
