A 2½-minute narrated recording of the real app, so a visitor sees what TuiCode does before installing it. It's a GitHub attachment, uploaded with the PR, so it plays inline with sound. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
Puts a narrated introduction video (2½ minutes) at the top of the README, so someone landing on the repo sees what TuiCode does before they install it.
tuicode-intro.mp4
It's a recording of the real app driven by scripted keys: the menu bar, explorer, command palette, mnemonics, multiple cursors, find, the Review pane and diffs, and themes. The pipeline that makes it lives in mentaldesk/TuiCodeDemos (private).
The video is hosted as a GitHub attachment, uploaded with this PR, so it plays inline on the README with sound. It's 7.3 MB, under the 10 MB attachment limit for the org's plan.
