Rename the 'clean' target to 'zap', and add a new 'clean' that does what a conventional 'clean' does: just remove the build artifacts without deleting the configuration and other build setup.

In addition to fixing .gitignore, update the
justfileso that it removes everything including the.wraplock.Also rename the
cleantarget tozap, and add a newcleanthat does what a conventionalcleandoes: just remove the build artifacts without deleting the configuration and other build setup.
