GP migration updates for March 2026

This change enhances the GP cloud migration with the below enhancements and bug fixes.

• Populate Item Description 2 Field with configurable GP Short or Generic Description (AB#624472)
• Add migration warning if transaction is skipped because of missing GP Fiscal Period (AB#624469)
• Correct “Should Migrate Vendor” Logic to Respect Open Purchase Order Migration Configuration (AB#624470)
• Create Tax Area with Customer Ship-to address if Tax Area is missing in BC (AB#624466)
• Migrate Vendor Federal ID number even when not a 1099 Vendor (AB#624467)
• Use original Item number for related data lookups to prevent issues when the Id is greater than 20 characters (AB#624468)
• Fixed issue found where Location would be empty on migrated Purchase Lines
• Fixed issue found where Discontinued Items would not migrate (when configured to migrate) when also not migrating Inactive Items
