This fixes all my issues locally via the blingfire2 pypi release of this fork for the community. It would be extremely nice to be using the mainline Microsoft version of this project for production rather than a single person vendor. Thank you for all your effort @lfoppiano and for providing the fork to pypi to unblock everyone. |

This PR should avoid people having to copy files around when they are using ARM (including Apple M1/2/3/4...)
