@Spruill-1 , nuget-package-update had issues after the rcent update. I had to pin the windows image to WS2022 to resolve the issues with the MsBuild toolset version. (This might be temporary.) However there's one more error in the workflow definition. This PR is copilot's attempt to fix but it may affect how the package is structured. As a consumer of the nuget package, do you have an opinion on this fix? |

Thanks for asking me to work on this. I will get started on it and keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.
