Updated user GivenName through powershell doesn't update the user GivenName- the GivenName shows Blank, currently.

This has been investigated on Entra, Exchange Online, On Prem AD and O365/Teams admin portal.
Currently only Microsoft graph shows the givenName empty and it doesn't update it after successfuly the command is entered
