Replace get_page with query_docs_filesystem in MCP tool docs

Summary

Replaces documentation for the get_page MCP tool with the new query_docs_filesystem tool across all four languages (en, fr, es, zh).

• Updated tool descriptions to explain the virtualized read-only filesystem and supported commands (head, cat, tree, rg)
• Replaced the "Get page parameters" section with "Query docs filesystem parameters" documenting the command parameter
• Updated introductory text to reference reading page content from source files instead of "retrieving full page content"

Paired with mintlify/mint#7002.
