(1) Create a cmake system to build PoissonRecon code (only the poisson reconstruction target, for now).
(2) Split the PoissonRecon tool into two parts: a shared library based on PoissonReconLib.cpp and an executable that uses it, with the main function in PoissonRecon.cpp.
PS: my other PR #194 is not functional and I may have to delete it or make major changes. I took the cmake part (which works) out of that PR and add this one.
