Complex Data Preparation MLCubes might make use of the report file, which keeps track of preparation progress, and also allows the Benchmark Owner to see statistics of the preparation status. For a more human-readable description of the progress, a
stages.yamlfile can also be used to provide a more verbose description of what each stage in the preparation pipeline is.This PR allows users to optionally add a stages.yaml file, which would later be used by the benchmark owner dashboard to inspect and get details on overall preparation progress.
