…n be modified by users The user can now have the default behaviour of sending the alert as JSON data to an API but in addition can change the formatting to include user data along with the alert content. These can be done in 3 formats, application/json, text/plain, and text/plain with pretty print Testing: * Tested upgrade path for existing alerters * Tested rollback path for existing alerters * Tested modification of existing alerter after upgrade
