lazy landmark for lazy dev setup

This is the first release for the lazy dev setup, which would let an user or developer to automatically configure, install zsh with oh-my-zsh along with powerlevel10k and many other things as follows:

Sets system hostname systemwide
Installs home brew
Install basic dev packages (can be tweaked to user's needs)
Tweak system configuration For easier management
Installs Themes For Vim
Install MesloLGS font
