Summary

• count active Kuma monitors directly instead of deriving the count from heartbeat rows
• expose and name active monitors with no heartbeat as kuma_never_beat
• surface the state in JSON, Markdown, and the ritual findings

Verification

• bash -n .empire/tools/lagebild.sh
• bash -n .empire/tools/ritual.sh
• live set/prove/revert: 61 active while the throwaway monitor existed, and its exact name appeared under kuma_never_beat
• after revert: 60 active and kuma_never_beat=[]

• Desktop Core scheitert in beiden Versuchen reproduzierbar vor Install/Lint/Tests in Restore pnpm store cache mit Input required and not supplied: path. Der Fehler betrifft die bestehende Workflow-/Cache-Konfiguration, nicht die in diesem PR geänderten Shell-Skripte.
• Scope-Verifikation: bash -n für lagebild.sh und ritual.sh, git diff --check, sowie Live-Lagebild gegen den exakt zurückgesetzten Kuma-Zustand (kuma_active=60, kuma_never_beat=[]) sind grün.
