发布 v0.1.197，包含上游连接失败和超时日志保留修复：重试或切换渠道成功后仍保留此前失败记录，错误记录继续在 7 天后清理。
本 PR 仅同步 package.json、Cargo.toml、tauri.conf.json 和 Cargo.lock 的版本号。修复 PR #338 及主分支 CI 已通过；合并前对本版本提交运行 Test 工作流，合并后由正式发布工作流生成各平台资产和更新清单。
