Add Journaling section with DailyVox as privacy-respecting alternative

Adds a new Journaling section to the list, following the existing format (⚠️ product / 🔏 alternative).

DailyVox is a privacy-respecting voice diary for iOS:

• 100% on-device processing (speech recognition, NLP, sentiment analysis)
• No accounts, no servers, no third-party SDKs
• Apple privacy label: Data Not Collected
• Free, no ads

This fills a gap — journaling apps like Day One collect data and require cloud sync, but DailyVox works fully offline.
