- git clone https://github.com/nkim33937/lesion_segmentation_classification.git This clones the code onto your computer
- Download a dataset with NIfTI files and place them in the same folder as the files within the lesion_segmentation_classificiation folder. (ex. https://github.com/neheller/kits23.git)
- With your prefered IDE please insert dataset folder paths into corresponding variables in the analysis and loader files.
- cd into the lesion_segmentation_classificiation folder and run analysis.py or loader.py with python or python3 (ex: python3 loader.py)
