なぜ

v1.83 系の Windows で、v1.82 では出ていたカスタム絵文字などの画像が出なくなった。v1.83.0 で入った画像の取得の取り消しまわりの変更 (3e35d1e) と、その退行を直そうとした v1.83.1 の変更 (0e66c91) を戻す。

あわせて、起動のたびに同じ ID のプロファイル / テーマのファイルが増えていた件の防御と、機械的に直せる小さな不具合を入れる。

#1205 は v1.82.0 で実装済みだったが issue が開いたままだったので、ここで閉じる。

• chore: bump version to 1.83.2
• revert(media): 取得の取り消しまわりの 2 コミットを戻す (Windows で絵文字などの画像が出ない)
• fix(themes): 同じ ID のテーマファイルが別名で増えないようにする
• fix(profiles): 起動時の読み込みに失敗したセッションではプロファイルのファイルに書かない
• chore(dev): 画像の中継が断った要求の理由と出どころをログに残す (chore(dev): 開発中、再起動の直後にも画像の中継がトークン無しの要求を断る警告が出る #1229)
• fix(media): 動画を切り替えたらポスターの読み込みもやり直す (fix: 拡大表示で動画を切り替えるとサムネイルが出ないことがある #1226)
• fix(tasks): ID が空・使えない文字のときも欄の直下に保存されない理由を出す (fix: タスクの ID が空・不正なとき、警告なしに自動保存が止まる #1225)
• fix(perf): アニメーション倍率の基準時間を global.css に揃え、medium を足す (fix: アニメーションの倍率を 1 以外にすると出入りの時間がずれる #1224)

注意

• revert により、v1.83.0 で直した「取得が途中で取り消されると、その画像が再起動まで出なくなる」が戻る。Windows での画像表示の回復は実機未確認
