Ruff applied the mechanical repairs, while exact line-level annotations preserve legacy path bootstraps and generated snippets that cannot be rewritten without changing behavior.The existing suite passes 533 tests and skips 2. Gemini Code Assist is an organization-level GitHub App setting, so it has no source-file diff.
