The star history chart in the README is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This updates the chart links in both the English and Chinese READMEs to point to a working data source that no longer requires an API token, restoring the chart without the badge endpoint.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the stargazer data source relies on a restricted GitHub API. This change repoints the chart to a working provider that needs no API token, restoring the chart in both the English and Chinese READMEs.
