…ode spine Every mutating recordNominationVote transition now projects BIND-for-BIND into a QuiltKernel and appends hash-chained rows to quilt_wal — D1 as the kernel's WAL. Dual-write posture: existing guarded batch stays authoritative; projection failure is caught and logged, never thrown. - src/quilt/reference-kernel.mjs: vendored byte-identical from SuperInstance/quilt-studio @ 5821ebf (L1 contract v5, 5-opcode spine) - src/quilt/projection.ts: vote -> kernel ops, fnv1a hash chain (integrity, not security), replay-from-WAL reducer - src/quilt/commit.ts: kernel -> WAL in one D1 batch - drizzle/0013_quilt_kernel_wal.sql + schema + journal - recordNominationVote: awaits projection, catch+log - tests/quiltKernelReplay.test.ts: 8 tests — replay equals live D1 on granting/decline paths, chain is gap/tamper-sensitive, genesis anchor, vote-switch rebind, non-mutating calls project nothing Suite: 346 tests, baseline failures unchanged (8 env fails + 3 errors identical to main — missing magick/dwebp, unbuilt styles.generated.js). tsc: clean apart from the same pre-existing Layout.tsx error on main.
