fix: course_detail title is being set by block.display_name already

Description

This pull request makes a minor change to the openedx/core/djangoapps/models/course_details.py file by removing the title field from the ABOUT_ATTRIBUTES list.
As its already being set a couple of lines above

There are cases where the title field is empty (not None but "") and in that case we override valid title from block.display_name with this empty value causing empty title in CourseInfoSidebar

Testing instructions

1. Have a course without title field
2. Go to course outline page: {studio}/authoring/course/{course_key}
3. if you are on master branch -- you will see empty title as shown in the attached image
4. Checkout to this branch
5. Refreshing the page should show the course title/display_name in CourseInfoSidebar
