in order to have a dynamic review environments we need to build docker images for open pull requests.At this stage we require manual validation for the job to run.

Actually I think you should be able to modifiy the "hub" job to make it publish the image for any PR and tag the image as you wish! |

Purpose
In order to have dynamic review environments, we need to build, for each open pull request, a docker image of the project.
Proposal
We add a new job to circleci that builds said image and tags it with PR-{PULL_REQUEST_NUMBER}
