Details:

  • NPU needs to export raw blobs (without plugin specific metadata) for internal usage.
  • PR adds new EXPORT_RAW_BLOB private property that has usage during export_model bypassing meatdata write if set
  • Can also be set in compile_tool if -raw_blob flag is passed in the argument list
