The 9-step Stepper overflowed a 375px viewport with no way to reach steps 7-9. The stepper card now scrolls horizontally on narrow screens (minWidth 720 below md) and an effect keeps the active step scrolled into view as the user advances. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
