use new rydstate package
combine Sr_singlet, Sr_triplet to Sr88_sqdt database
fixes a bug, that the nu and nui are always calculated from the quantum defects, instead of from the given NIST energy for low n states (the energy, and thus also the matrix elements were correct)
checked, that the values in the databases are mostly the same as before (checked this for misc, Rb and Sr88_sqdt) apart from the comments above
