Every previewnet chain (relay, Asset Hub, People, Bulletin) was re-genesised since #579 pinned the endpoint table. The host resolves chains by genesis, so `truapi-host dev --network previewnet` declined every People, Asset Hub and Bulletin request from a product asking for the live hash (`ChainNotSupportedError` / `host-declined-chain`), and the bundled smoldot specs described chains that no longer exist. Read the live values off each chain (`chain_getBlockHash(0)` and `chainSpec_v1_genesisHash` agree per chain; `system_chain` names the role) and updated the copies the tests keep in lockstep: the CLI preset and its SPEC.md table, truapi-provider's catalog, and the bundled specs via scripts/update-chain-specs.sh, which also took a fresh relay checkpoint corroborated by a second node. Verified with `the_advertised_genesis_matches_what_each_chain_reports` (previewnet roles all match now) and by running the Humanity SPA against the rebuilt CLI on previewnet: card, game and airdrop reads succeed where they previously failed with host-declined-chain.

Problem
